Staggered CLT platforms provide vertical thresholds and soft boundaries between spaces, enhancing the richness of private life for each occupant.
Each of the stairs between floors become inflected with a specific character that influences adjacent spaces–a reading nook facing the street, built-in storage, and a continuous skylight.
